Q: Why TORI'S CLOSET?
A: We help you convert unused clutter into cash and get the money to charities down the street or around the world. They can do more with the cash than with a pretty purse.

Q: Why only 60%?
A: 60% of the proceeds from the sale of your donation will go to the charity of your choice. The other 40% will cover auction listing fees, PayPal and banking fees, advertising costs and other business expenses.

Q: How do I know that the money is going to my charity?
A: TORI’S CLOSET will send you a copy of the final auction price and a receipt from the charity whenever possible. Donations will be made in the name of TORI’S CLOSET unless otherwise requested.

Q: What else can I donate?                                                                                             A: We judge non-apparel and non-accessory donations on a case by case basis.
